Q: Do we provide our own bags/wrapping?  
A: YES PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BAGS AND WRAPPING

Q: Is the set up time firm?  
A: FOR THE MOMENT THE SET UP TIME IS FIRM, WE WILL BLAST OUT IF ANYTHING CHANGES

Q: How far away is the unloading?  
A: WE HAVE A PULL UP LANE CLOSE TO THE HALL FOR VENDORS WITH LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS. THIS WILL BE SCHEDULED AND TIME SLOTS ALLOCATED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY IN THIS AREA, YOU WILL NEED TO UNLOAD AND PARK YOUR CAR IN THE CAR PARK ONCE UNLOADED.

Q: Can I bring my own tables & chairs?  
A: YES YOU CAN BRING ANYTHING YOU LIKE TO DRESS YOUR BOOTH AS LONG AS YOU STAY WITHIN YOUR ALLOCATED SPACE 

Q: Is there a charge if you supply tables and Chairs to vendors?  
A: YES PRICE QUOTE ON A CASE BY CASE REQUEST

Q: How are you Marketing the event?    
A: WE HAVE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT MARKETING TOOLS INCLUDING: LIBERTY STATIONS SITE, THERE SAN DIEGO,  FACEBOOK,  INSTAGRAM, SPINGO, EVENTBRITE & LOCAL NEWS. WE ALSO ENCOURAGE ALL VENDORS TO REACH OUT TO THEIR OWN NETWORK AND CLIENTS.
