A one day pop up Shopping Bazaar with Local Boutiques, Hand Made, Vintage & Food vendors.
Entry $5, kids under 12 free

The best Vintage dealers in San Diego can be found on our front patio right next to our coffee pop up shop. There will also be some amazing local makers showcasing their jewelry, accessories, candles & gifts.
We love to support local Boutiques by giving them a platform to promote their stores & to also have them all come together under one roof. Holiday shopping made easy.
Children of all ages welcome. We will have a children's D.I.Y table, food & drink & live Holiday music.

SET UP TIME:
Liberty Station Building 177, 2875 Dewey Rd, San Diego, CA 92106
Size 10 x 6 ft inside and outside,
$185 + handling fee, payment needs to be received to confirm booth allocation
We will provide a charging station at the venue however if you require power at your stand please let us know in your application as plots do not include power outlets.
TABLES & CHAIRS:
Tables & chairs are not provided unless requested on your application at an additional cost
Entry $5, kids go free, This will be a family friendly event, free parking
Vendors need to supply 10 x gifts for the Swag Bag give away.
All vendors needs to supply a copy of CA sellers Permit and are responsible for charging applicable taxes.

Q: Do we take our own $$ at the show, It's not a central cash wrap?
A: CORRECT, VENDOR COLLECT PAYMENTS DIRECTLY, THERE IS WIFI FOR ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS
Q: Do we provide our own bags/wrapping?
A: YES PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BAGS AND WRAPPING
Q: Is the set up time firm?
A: FOR THE MOMENT THE SET UP TIME IS FIRM, WE WILL BLAST OUT IF ANYTHING CHANGES
Q: How far away is the unloading?
A: WE HAVE A PULL UP LANE CLOSE TO THE HALL FOR VENDORS WITH LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS. THIS WILL BE SCHEDULED AND TIME SLOTS ALLOCATED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY IN THIS AREA, YOU WILL NEED TO UNLOAD AND PARK YOUR CAR IN THE CAR PARK ONCE UNLOADED.
Q: Can I bring my own tables & chairs?
A: YES YOU CAN BRING ANYTHING YOU LIKE TO DRESS YOUR BOOTH AS LONG AS YOU STAY WITHIN YOUR ALLOCATED SPACE
Q: Is there a charge if you supply tables and Chairs to vendors?
A: YES PRICE QUOTE ON A CASE BY CASE REQUEST
Q: How are you Marketing the event?
A: WE HAVE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT MARKETING TOOLS INCLUDING: LIBERTY STATIONS SITE, THERE SAN DIEGO, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, SPINGO, EVENTBRITE & LOCAL NEWS. WE ALSO ENCOURAGE ALL VENDORS TO REACH OUT TO THEIR OWN NETWORK AND CLIENTS.
