THE LOCAL HOLIDAY BAZAAR partnering with

liberty station artS district for

FIRST friday ((amplified))

We are very excited to announce that one of our Holiday Bazaar's will be partnered with ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station for FIRST FRIDAY (((amplified)))

Not only will there be a live concert, craft beer garden & performances throughout the campus, there will also be a fabulous Santa station, Iceskating rink, the sparkling Christmas tree with many family fun activities happening throughout the day and evening.

We will be extending our footprint to create San Diego’s biggest indoor & outdoor Holiday Market! This will include Building 177 with the adjacent Luce Court fountain space, as well as, around Santa in Barracks 17 Plaza and the main walkways!

The Local Holiday Bazaar & ARTS DISTRICT Monthly Art walk will receive heavy promotion from both The Local Bazaar and the ARTS DISTRICT’s press team, with 3000 + attendees this is the perfect local community event for your brand.

SET UP TIME: 2:00 PM

BOOTH FEE:

$120 + $5 handling fee,

payment needs to be received to confirm booth allocation*

*ARTS DISTRICT residents can reserve free space if applications are submitted by Wednesday, Sept 18. Residents who apply after that date will receive a 25% discounted rate. Remember to note in your application whether you are a resident ARTS DISTRICT group.

BOOTH SIZE

1 x 8ft table space or equivalent display.

*If you require larger footprint please make request in NOTES section of application

POWER
If you require power at your stand please let us know in your application as plots do not include power outlets.

STATION SET UP
Tables, chairs and tent are not provided please bring your own

EXTRAS

All vendors will need to supply a copy of CA sellers permit and applicable health certificate for food/ beverages.

Vendors are responsible for charging applicable taxes.

Q: Do we take our own $$ at the show, It's not a central cash wrap?  
A: CORRECT, VENDOR COLLECT PAYMENTS DIRECTLY

Q: Do we provide our own bags/wrapping?  
A: YES PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN BAGS AND WRAPPING

Q: Is the set up time firm?  
A: YES THE SET UP TIME IS FIRM, WE WILL BLAST OUT IF ANYTHING CHANGES

Q: How far away is the unloading?  
A: WE HAVE A PULL UP LANE CLOSE TO THE LAWN FOR VENDORS WITH LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS. THIS WILL BE SCHEDULED AND TIME SLOTS ALLOCATED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY IN THIS AREA, YOU WILL NEED TO UNLOAD AND PARK YOUR CAR IN THE ALLOCATED CAR PARK ONCE UNLOADED.

Q: Can I bring my own tables & chairs?  
A: YES YOU CAN BRING ANYTHING YOU LIKE TO DRESS YOUR BOOTH AS LONG AS YOU STAY WITHIN YOUR ALLOCATED SPACE AND INSTALL SAFELY

Q: Is there a charge if you supply tables and Chairs to vendors?  
A: WE DO NOT SUPPLY TABLES & CHAIRS - VENDORS MUST BRING THEIR OWN SET UP AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING ALL ELEMENTS SAFELY

Q: How are you Marketing the event?    
A: WE HAVE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT MARKETING TOOLS INCLUDING: LIBERTY STATIONS SITE, THERE SAN DIEGO,  FACEBOOK,  INSTAGRAM & LOCAL NEWS. WE ALSO ENCOURAGE ALL VENDORS TO REACH OUT TO THEIR OWN NETWORK AND CLIENTS.
